NATALIA DEL RIO, fine art photographer
Natalia del Rio, 25, is a Mexican American photographer bicycling around the globe to bring truth to body acceptance through the expansion and completion of her project, FULL DISCLOTHESURE.
Her body of work focuses on authenticity through exploring the vulnerabilities of the naked body. Her passion is driven by learning about other cultures and the people she meets on her journey. Working on ways to de-sexualize the bare form, del Rio photographs bodyscapes in different contexts.
del Rio has exhibited works in Milan, Italy, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Shanghai, China, Oaxaca, Mexico and San Francisco, USA. She has cycled over 8,000km through twelve countries, photographing over 100 subjects with a goal of cycling and photographing a local in every country.
del Rio holds a B.A. from Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey.
